Book a free video visit with Gina. She reviews your health history, goals, and determines if you’re a good candidate.

Prescription & Delivery

If approved, Gina sends your prescription to our FDA-registered compounding pharmacy. Your kit ships directly to you — typically within 1–5 days.

Ongoing Support

Quarterly check-ins, prescription adjustments, and messaging access with Gina throughout your program. Your plan evolves as you do.

Pricing FAQ

How do I know which vial size is right for me?
You don’t have to figure that out — that’s Gina’s job. At your free consultation, she reviews your health history and prescribes the right vial size for your treatment plan. She’ll adjust your prescription at each quarterly check-in based on how you’re responding.

Does insurance cover this?
Compounded GLP-1 medications are not covered by insurance — these are self-pay programs. However, your quarterly medical visits ($150/quarter) may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement. We can provide a superbill on request.

Why is compounded semaglutide less expensive than brand-name Ozempic or Wegovy?
Brand-name GLP-1 medications cost $900–$1,300/month without insurance. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide contain the same active ingredient, prepared by an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy at a fraction of the cost — because there’s no brand markup or middleman distributor.

Is compounded medication safe?
Yes. Sereniva works exclusively with FarmaKeio, an FDA-registered, PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy. All compounds are prepared under strict quality controls. Sereniva Health is also LegitScript Certified — the gold standard for online healthcare providers.

What does the kit include?
Each kit includes your compounded medication vial plus all the syringes and supplies you need for self-injection. Everything ships together directly to your door. Gina walks you through injection technique at your first visit.

Do I need labs before starting?
In some cases, yes. Gina will review your health history at the free consultation and let you know if labs are needed. Many patients can begin without upfront labs depending on their history.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can stop or pause at any time. The $150 quarterly medical fee is billed at the start of each 3-month period and is non-refundable once the period begins.

What’s the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?
Semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) targets the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) targets both GLP-1 and GIP receptors — clinical trials show greater average weight loss with tirzepatide. Gina will recommend the right option based on your goals and health history during your free consultation.
